Decompression Detector
More security by Decompression Detectors with pressure loss by burst or bent hoses or increase of pressure with itself adding cooling boreholes.

The Decompression Detectors are available in two switching remarks. Model 1: With decrease of pressure close. Open with increase of pressure. Model 2: Open with decrease of pressure. With increase of pressure close. The Decompression Detectors are collected wired on the back of the controlling devices. Decompression Detectors which are not needed, cannot be switched off individually. With our Decompression Detector a honking lamp or signal can be switched on, or switched off a single solenoid valve, (Decompression Detector only for execution 500.1 and 500.2 available)
Re-tool possible at any time by simple assembly Replace by unscrew the frame cover and by screwing on the Decompression Detector.

Filter
More protection of smaller cooling boreholes and regulating valves. Our filter is manufactured and with a particularly impregnated filter cartridge equipped from a high-quality plastic. The filter cartridge possesses a large dirt admission. The degree of pollution of the filter cartridge is by the highly transparent filter cup very simple to recognize and by unscrewing only one cover easily changeable. In the case of the changing of the filter insert and cleaning of the filter cup the dirty water can be discharged by a discharge screw present on the filter soil. Re-tool possible at any time.

Solenoid Valve
Immediate cooling water stop, or short term Water-inlet without adjusting the valves. With disturbances or stop of the machines to cool down the squirt forms or overheat by welding tongs, trafo, or something similar is prevented by the Solenoid valve.

The Solenoid valves can be supplied alternatively with 24 V direct current or 220 alternating current. A filter is absolutely necessary. The combination of Decompression Detectors and Solenoid valve is favourable.
